We recommend enquiring at least 4–6 weeks ahead for picnics and styling, and 2–3 months ahead for larger celebrations or corporate events, especially in peak season (May–September).
We're based in Basel and serve the greater Basel region, with travel further into Switzerland available on request for larger events.
Low-table seating, linens, tableware, seasonal floral styling, and full setup and breakdown. Food and drink can be arranged separately or through one of our partners.

Every outdoor booking includes a weather contingency plan, discussed and agreed with you in advance — usually a covered or indoor alternative nearby.
Most of our experiences work well from 2 guests upward. There's no strict minimum, but some experiences (like corporate events) have practical guidance we'll walk you through.
Yes, a deposit secures your date once a proposal is confirmed. The remaining balance is due ahead of the event — full terms are shared with your quote.
Yes — we can coordinate photography, live music, and other add-ons as part of your booking, or work alongside vendors you've already chosen.
