These Terms & Conditions govern your use of threepetals.ch and any booking made with Three Petals ("we," "us," "our"), a boutique events and experiences studio based in Basel, Switzerland. By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.
Three Petals designs and delivers curated events and experiences, including luxury picnics, romantic experiences, celebrations, corporate events, event styling, and bespoke tablescapes. The specific inclusions of each experience are described on our Experiences and Collections pages, and confirmed in writing with you before booking.
A booking begins with an enquiry through our website, email, or other agreed channel. We'll respond with a proposal tailored to your occasion. A booking is only confirmed once you've received written confirmation from us and any required deposit has been received.
A deposit is required to secure your date; the balance is due ahead of your event as specified in your proposal. Full payment details, amounts, and due dates are confirmed in writing for each booking.
Cancellation and refund terms, including our weather policy, are set out in full on our Cancellation Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate information when booking, including guest counts, dietary requirements, and venue details. Where an event takes place on private or public land you do not own, you are responsible for confirming you have the right to hold the event there, unless we've explicitly agreed to arrange this on your behalf.
For outdoor experiences, our weather policy (see Cancellation Policy) applies. We are not liable for delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, venue access issues, or supplier disruption — we will always work with you to find the best alternative.
We may photograph or film styled setups at your event for our portfolio, website, and social media. We do not publish identifiable images of you or your guests without separate consent. Let us know at booking if you'd prefer no photography of your event.
We take great care in planning and delivering every event, but our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Basel, Switzerland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
